Anime Review: Hamatora

Plot Summary: The story revolves around "Minimum" or "minor miracle"—special hereditary powers discovered only in an extremely limited number of humans. Those who possess such powers are known as "Minimum Holders." (Source: ANN)

The story is pretty cool. It reminds me of Mekakucity Actors. However in this series there are far more people having this power called "minimum". The story is a rather complicated especially the relation between the friends Nice and Art. The series doesn't show much about their past so the watcher might be a bit confused of what leads to their current condition.

Apparently it is not a 'wow' anime. I find it satisfactory to watch. It is not boring either ~~ Nice-kun is very intelligent too... The story is somewhat detective-like, with many jobs involving Hamatora to solve cases.

There are times when the series depicts humour too~ So just watch this if you have a free time!

P.S: This series sure has a weird way to name their characters.. Eg: Nice, Art, Ratio, Birthday, Honey, Three. Loooool~

Valentine's Day!

I think everyone knows that today, February 14th is indeed, Valentine's Day.

So...
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY EVERYONE <3

Lol so yeah there goes my wish to every one who has a loved one, which include parents, siblings, relatives. friends and of course, LOVER :3

I know many boys out there are expecting chocolates under their desks and a sweet love letter in their shoe lockers, but beh, let's be realistic here. That's one of the MOST CLICHE plot in shoujo manga today. Though it is quite common in asian countries such as Japan or China, well it won't be happening here so don't get your hopes too high and be disappointed in the end. If you really receive one in the end, then congrats!!! You're one lucky guy :3

So yeah HAPPY VALENTINE'S ONCE MORE ~

Anime Review: Haikyuu!

Haikyuu is a sport oriented anime, and if you are asking what sport, it is VOLLEY BALL!

Plot Summary: A chance event triggered Shouyou Hinata's love for volleyball. His club had no members, but somehow persevered and finally made it into its very first and final regular match of middle school, where it was steamrolled by Tobio Kageyama, a superstar player known as "King of the Court." Vowing revenge, Hinata applied to the Karasuno High School volleyball club... only to come face-to-face with his hated rival, Kageyama! A tale of hot-blooded youth and volleyball from the pen of Haruichi Furudate!! (Source: Shounen Jump)

In my opinion this series is just like any other sport-oriented animes. After watching Kuroko no Basuke I don't think this actually has a "wow" impact to me. It is just a normal volleyball club joining many practice matches and the interhigh. As I have watched KNB, I can't help but compare both animation.

Well, not to be biased, I think Haikyuu! too has a plot of their own. Though the general setting is similar to any other series with sport genre, I should say that volley ball has different atmosphere in the game, and also the way they play it is different. So it is quite worth watching for people who like sports and volley.

Something to take note of *geehee*
Haikyuu! IS HUMOROUS. YEAH. I TRULY REMEMBER MYSELF LAUGHING THROUGH THE SERIES. Kageyama and Asahi is super funny. Humour in a sport anime is a plus point! If you love humour then you really have to WATCH THIS. I personally dislike humour which is not funny, so my criteria of a series being 'humorous' is quite high... Therefore if I think it is funny then usually others think the same way too ^^ though it depends from people to people.

FAVOURITE CHARACTER: NISHINOYA YUU

So, how do I come to like this guy....
He appears late in the series, but he has a SUPERAWESOME introduction. He came into the world of Haikyuu! by returning a powerful serve. He is just 159cm in height, and an awesome libero and is really devoted to his position. He practices and works really hard. He says the coolest thing every time and yeah he has a cool face and hair too lol. GO and WATCH and see how cool this guy is. He gives the right advice every time and also very humorous. Looking forward to his appearance again if there is a season 2 !

Overall I guess this series is worth while watching and not boring at all. Well sport animes are rarely boring due to the tension in the match >u< IKEEEEEEE, NISHINOYA YUU!

Anime Review: Nagi No Asukara

One word for this series:  CUTE

Plot Summary: Long ago, humanity lived in the sea. But the humans who longed for the land left the sea behind. They cast aside the special raiment they'd been given by the sea god that let them live in the ocean. The thinking of the sea humans and the land humans became as separate as the places they lived, and as countless time passed, they forgot they were once one people. This will change as the land-dwelling human Tsumugu Kihara befriends four students who live in a village at the bottom of the sea.

So, yeah, this series sure has a SUPER COMPLEX TWISTED LOVE STORY. Basically everyone is in love with one another, which is practically funny (at the same time irritating) to see. The characters are mostly around 14 years old, but their personality does not really depict their age...

If anyone likes shoujo, and a super frank guy confessing (spoiler), this might be a good choice. Moreover this series has UNIQUE PLOT. Never once I came across an anime where the characters can live in water -,- ahaha ~

Overall in my opinion this is a quite good anime to watch in times of boredom.. At the same time I am quite fed up with the too much love in every character. like, guy X likes girl A which likes guy Y which likes girl B which likes guy X. Its going in circle and unrequited TnT . I feel kinda sad for them.

I believe this series is quite worth watching!
